You qualify for sponsorship payments of up to $1,000 when you introduce a friend or family member who then uses our mortgage broker services to obtain a mortgage.  
The person you introduce will ​not be charged a fee by us. As mortgage brokers, we provide an expert professional service that is paid for by the bank or lender who provides their mortgage.

The value of your sponsorship is based on the mortgage as follows:

• Mortgage $250,000+ Sponsorship Value $250
• Mortgage $500,000+ Sponsorship Value $500
• Mortgage $750,000+ Sponsorship Value $750
• Mortgage $1,000,000+ Sponsorship Value $1,000

To qualify you must be the first person to introduce the new customer using the form on this page before they contact Adobi Mortgage Solutions - so please act now.

The mortgage can be for a purchase or a refinance of a home or investment property.
The payment will be made to you within 30 days of the loan being settled and the full funds drawn down.
The mortgage must be for more than $250,000. The customer must be a new customer for Adobi Mortgage Solutions, needs to draw down their mortgage in full during 2023 and must intend to keep their new mortgage for at least two years.
